Designed to be used with the Icom A2, A20, & A21 Transceivers. The two place Intercom plugs directly into the Transceiver and allows a pilot and co-pilot to both have access to Intercom and transmission via a Push-To-Talk button.
If you have a complete radio failure, you can remove your headset plugs from the panel, plug them into the Intercom and have a self contained and isolated communications backup.
